The apartment location is central. The kitchen is well-equipped. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. I found this very useful .
The bedroom was a bit tight around the bed.

I loved that the location was so central. It made getting around very easy. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the well-stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out were very easy.
I noticed very slight stains on the carpet in all the rooms.

The check-in process used a keycard system. It was straightforward, quick and easy. Staff provided very good assistance, so any concerns were promptly addressed, which I really appreciated. They also have luggage storage.

The kitchen included basic tea and coffee, a treat I always enjoy. The location offers immediate access to many restaurants. The apartment has a well-stocked kitchen too. This is really practical.

The location is superb and close to many tourist attractions. It felt very central. It is near several bus routes, and the tram is a short walk away! Rose Street and Princess Street are also nearby.

the kitchenware satisfied my cooking needs.
The broken window in my room did not close properly. This was a definite issue. the hotel's parking situation was also misrepresented. i ended up struggling to pay for street parking since the machines were broken, and i didn't have a local sim card, which cut my trip short.

The train station proximity was a huge plus for my uk tour. Restaurants and pubs are easily accessible. The location is very central to main attractions. The oxford bar next to the location is a bonus.
I found that the room looked a little tired but I understand they are planning refurbishment.

Staff members were helpful with directions i needed. I met a security person who helped find my allocated room. Staff kindly returned my glove i left in the office. The service was generally effective.
